On your first visit, the first step is to create an eStatement account by clicking on the "New User" button. After your account is set up, you may choose to change your initial username to make it the same as your eBanking account.

After clicking the New User button, you will be asked for three pieces of information, which are used to verify your identity.

Login ID - You will have the option to change this later, but the initial Login ID that you should enter contains the first three letters of your last name followed by the last six digits of your social security number. Ex: Jon Smith with SSN 011-32-6789 enters smi326789 as his initial Login ID.

Account Number - This can be found on a previous statement or on one of your checks. DO not enter the leading 0's. Ex: Account 0015510 would enter 155110. Tax ID- This is simply the primary account holder's social security number without dashes.
