Home Equity Loans

Our home equity loans allow you to borrow up to 90% of the appraised value of your home. Spend the money on whatever you need - debt consolidation, home improvements, tuition, vacations or major purchases. The advantage is that the interest the interest may be deductible. Fixed-Rate

With this loan you receive one lump sum at the beginning of the loan. The interest rate and payments do not change over the life of the loan. Various terms are available.

Equity Choice Line of Credit

This program combines the best benefits of a variable-rate line of credit and a fixed-rate loan. Borrow money as you need it by simply writing a check and there are three repayment options.
