- The portfolio mortgage may be used to refinance or purchase investment properties, purchase a first or second home, or to even purchase land. No surveys or title insurance are required. This mortgage type gives the option for monthly or bi-weekly payments and fixed or adjustable rates. Please contact us for our current rate.
Secondary Market Rates
- The secondary market offers a larger number of rate options. It may be used to refinance or purchase on fixed or adjustable rates. These loans may be brokered or sold to other lenders, but we will retain servicing on the loan. Surveys and title insurance are required.
Goverment Loan Rates
- FHA, VA, Rural Development are government-backed loans. The government mortgage will finance a larger percentage of the purchase price. Credit requirements are not as strict as other mortgages.
Construction Loans
